Cancellation, Replacement & Modification Policy

Order Cancellation
You are welcome to cancel your order by emailing us at support@furrystitch.com within 24 hours of placing it. If the cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund within 3-5 days.
Please note that cancellations after the 24-hour window may not be accepted, as your order might have already been sent to production and prepared for shipping.

We kindly ask that you allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your request. If we miss your email and you still receive the canceled order, Furry Stitch will provide you with a full refund once you return the parcel to us.

Exchange Orders
As with our cancellation policy, exchanges are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us via email or phone for immediate assistance.

Modification
Your order is only eligible for modification within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
Please note:
We cannot guarantee timely delivery if your order requires design modifications, as it will take us longer to update your design.
