Please select the amount of Recycling Bags you would like to receive and click on Order. Each bag can hold up to 200 OriginalLine / 100 VertuoLine capsules. Once filled, you can return this bag at no charge by dropping it off at any UPS drop off location.
Service is available in all areas except Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.
NYC Customers: No bag needed, just place used capsules in your residential blue recycling bin

Handling Time: 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). All apparel is printed specifically for your order.

United States: Flat rate of $6.50 (Applicable Sales Tax calculated at checkout).

30-Day Return Window: We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery.

Fulfillment Policy: Because items are printed upon order based on our catalog, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection or change of mind. Please consult our size chart before purchasing.

Return Shipping: Shift and Soul covers all return shipping costs if the error is on our end (defects or wrong items). No restocking fees apply.

Prior Authorization: Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving prior approval and official return instructions from our team.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
