Trompe l'oeil is French for "to deceive the eye" and has delighted design lovers since ancient Greece. Our Yvonne Painted Chest is masterfully hand painted on the front and sides in earthy shades of green to create the remarkably realistic, 3-D cubist effect. Hexagonal faceted brass pulls show you where the six storage drawers are hidden. Smooth top and square tapered feet are painted in the darkest green hue for tonal contrast.
