Note: Approve Your Proof: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays), we’ll send you a proof for your approval. Please provide your feedback as soon as possible. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours of sending the proof, we’ll proceed with the embroidery as is. This ensures your order is processed on time and helps us avoid delays. 1. Take photos in natural light. You’ll want even lighting without any shadows.

2. The best angle is straightforward and close, so we can see all the details of your pet.

3. If you can’t decide which photo is best, please email us and we’ll help you out.

Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, turn the sweatshirt inside out and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, then let it air dry. DO NOT use a dryer as high heat can damage the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, some pigments may remain on the surface of the garment. We strongly recommend washing with similar-colored garments, as some of the pigment dye may stain light or white clothes in the wash cycle. Washing with cold water will reduce the chance of staining. Please DO NOT use any stain removers, as it will strip the dye from the sweatshirt!
